As a condition of purchase, customers are required to record an unboxing video upon receiving any order from Majestic Jewellery Tirur.

• The video must begin before the package is opened and must show the sealed parcel and shipping label clearly.
• The recording must be continuous and unedited throughout the unboxing.
• Without a valid unboxing video, no claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items will be accepted.

All gold jewellery sold by Majestic Jewellery Tirur is BIS hallmarked as per the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) regulations. Each piece comes with:

• BIS Hallmark certificate confirming gold purity (22KT, 18KT, or 9KT as applicable).
• Making charge breakdown and stone weight details on the invoice.
• Diamond jewellery comes with a certification from a recognised gemological laboratory.
• Silver jewellery is 92.5 sterling silver unless stated otherwise.
